better, and deliver the best customer experience. We're looking for an eCommerce Project

Manager who can lead projects, coordinate teams, and deliver exceptional results for our clients

across multiple online store platforms.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager (eCommerce) at Fillinx Solutions, you'll be responsible for managing client

relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality

eCommerce projects. You'll act as the main communication link between our clients and our

internal design, development, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage eCommerce projects from kickoff to launch — including planning, execution, and delivery.


• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, define project scopes, and set clear expectations.


• Oversee Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom-coded store projects with a focus on performance

and conversion.


• Work closely with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure deliverables meet client goals

and deadlines.


• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress using tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.


• Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact project delivery.


• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and progress reporting.


• Ensure smooth handover and ongoing support post-launch.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.


• 2+ years of project management experience in the eCommerce or digital agency industry.


• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.


• Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.


• Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Jira).


• Ability to translate client needs into actionable technical tasks.

Preferred (Not Required)


• Hands-on experience with Shopify or app integrations.


• Basic understanding of online marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization.


• Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Shopify Analytics.
