Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Project Coordinator
with a background in
Civil Engineering
to assist in managing and coordinating multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager, ensure effective communication among all stakeholders, maintain schedules, manage documentation, and support day-to-day site activities remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize bid documents for project submissions.
  • Create and maintain submittal logs, change order logs, and associated documents.
  • Draft and review shop drawings as per project requirements.
  • Track and maintain delay records for each project.
  • Update and adjust monthly schedules based on actual progress and delays.
  • Create progress tracking Excel sheets for site supervisors.
  • Coordinate between site supervisors and the management team to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Maintain communication with all project stakeholders (clients, vendors, subs, consultants).
  • Attend and document project progress meetings; prepare meeting minutes.
  • Estimate project costs and quantify required materials.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers for material procurement and price comparisons.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
  • Ensure all necessary permits are valid and up-to-date.
  • Assist the Project Manager on at least three ongoing projects.
  • Develop and manage weekly, biweekly, and monthly project schedules.
  • Prepare site-specific safety plans for each new project.
  • Review daily reports from site teams to verify accuracy and alignment with project plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Primavera, MS Office, and Procore
    (Must Required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in
    English
    .
  • Must be available to work
    9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time
    .
  • Own a
    working laptop/desktop
    with high-speed internet.
  • Must have
    power backup
    in case of electricity outages.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in
    remote construction coordination
    or similar roles is a plus.
