Customer Support Representative — Inbound

Compensation: PKR 45,000 – PKR 50,000 base + incentives → Typical total PKR 68K–75K/month
Schedule: Mon–Sat (Sunday off) — 6PM–2AM or 8PM–4AM
Role summary
We're expanding our Karachi customer support team and looking for dependable representatives to handle international customer accounts via inbound and outbound phone channels. The job focuses on excellent problem solving and nurturing relationships; when appropriate, you'll use service conversations to recommend helpful upgrades or add-ons. Training, daily incentives, and a documented growth path provided.
Primary responsibilities
- Provide professional phone support to international customers (inbound + outbound).
- Resolve issues, maintain high CSAT, and reduce escalations.
- Spot service-driven revenue opportunities and follow the company process for cross-sell/up-sell.
- Keep CRM records accurate and current.
- Hit service KPIs and contribute to incentive goals.
- Work closely with operations and shift leads to streamline customer experience.
Requirements
- 1+ year customer service / BPO experience preferred.
- English fluency (C1) and strong phone etiquette.
- Night-shift availability and reliable attendance.
- Service mindset, with basic sales aptitude (training provided).
Pay & perks
- Base: PKR 45K–50K / month; performance incentives 18K–25K+; attendance bonus 3K.
