IVF Business Marketing Manager

Australian Concept Infertility Medical Centre is seeking a strategic and results-driven IVF Business Marketing Manager with proven expertise in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. This role is directly responsible for driving growth in procedure bookings (IVF, ICSI, IUI, PGD, and Laparoscopy) through strong consultant engagement, patient flow management, and strategic marketing initiatives.
The position requires business acumen, relationship management, and procedural growth planning, along with hands-on leadership in branding, patient counseling support, and consultant empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in procedure bookings (IVF, ICSI, IUI, PGD, Laparoscopy) by developing referral networks and ensuring patient conversion.
- Align and onboard consultants from targeted specialties to increase procedural referrals and OPD activity.
- Establish partnerships with Obstetrics & Gynecology consultants, Urologists, and related specialists under referral and procedure models.
- Ensure consultants are well-informed and actively engaged in recommending ART procedures by providing scientific and patient selection guidance.
- Conduct regular reviews with consultants on case pipeline, conversion ratios, and procedure scheduling.
- Provide input in strategic business planning and execution to maintain leadership in IVF/ART services.
- Assist consultants with patient counseling, treatment awareness, and procedure planning.
- Organize CME programs, workshops, and information sessions to improve consultant skills and alignment with procedure booking goals.
- Support consultants with personal branding and professional visibility through digital and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns focused on procedure growth, not just footfall/OPDs.
- Ensure consistent organizational branding and messaging in all consultant and patient interactions.
- Represent the Directors in business, administrative, and strategic meetings where required.
- Anticipate and manage challenges through proactive crisis management and solution-oriented approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare business development with a focus on procedural growth.
- Strong knowledge of IVF/ART procedures, patient referral models, and healthcare systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills (English & Urdu).
- Proven ability to drive results through consultant engagement and patient conversion.
- Strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented thinker with operational leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital branding and healthcare marketing tools.
- Highly adaptable, resourceful, and committed to ethical and patient-centered business practices.
