Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lahore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategies to increase company revenue, and establishing long-term relationships with clients. Daily tasks include conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, preparing detailed business plans, and driving sales growth. The role also requires regular interaction with clients and internal teams to align business development goals with overall company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Business Proposal Development
  • Proven track record in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Advertising services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the marketing or digital advertising industry is preferred
