About the Role:
Premier Housewares is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Accounts Administrator to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, capable of managing accounts, order fulfilment, and administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires someone who can work independently, streamline processes, and ensure accuracy in all operational records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle order fulfilment and processing from initiation to completion.
- Manage and update SAP/ERP systems with accurate accounts and order-related information.
- Create, maintain, and manage large Excel datasets; develop templates to simplify reporting and operations.
- Conduct direct dispatch and wholesale accounts reconciliations.
- Post and allocate payments against invoices accurately.
- Process and post credit notes in the system.
- Update stock feeders and track orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned to support smooth business operations.
- Provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on system data to improve workflows.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's or master's degree from a recognized university.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced functions and template creation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Additional Information:
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete an Excel test as part of the selection process.
