Objective: Efficiently manage warehouse operations, inventory, and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management:

  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.

  3. Manage stock inward and outward processes to ensure accurate tracking and efficient operations.

  4. Warehouse Operations:

  5. Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

  6. Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  7. Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet demand requirements.

  8. Administrative Tasks:

  9. Upload receiving documents, van details, and daily expense reports into the system.

  10. Process Rider Fuel Expense reports accurately and promptly.

  11. Handle petty cash requests, returns, and closures in compliance with company policies.

  12. Odoo software

  13. .Must have a command in ERP software

  14. Excel will be preferred

  15. Reporting and Communication:

  16. Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory, expenses, and overall warehouse performance.

  17. Collaborate with management on special assignments and initiatives for operational improvement.

  18. Additional Responsibilities:

  19. Oversee overall warehouse operations to ensure seamless functioning.

  20. Implement measures to speed up the delivery system and enhance customer satisfaction.
  21. Monitor and control fuel expenses for riders and vans, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  22. Maintain a daily logbook for all vehicles used in warehouse operations.
  23. Execute delivery orders and ensure their accurate and timely fulfillment.
  24. Manage and rectify wrong deliveries efficiently to maintain customer trust.
  25. Coordinate with the sales team to align warehouse operations with business objectives.
  26. Handle the return of goods to the warehouse and ensure proper entry into the inventory management software.

Starting Salary : RS : 35,000/- TO RS:40,000/-

(But Its depend upon candidate experience and exposure )
