We are seeking an experienced and skilled SEO Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of
Semantic SEO
,
on-page SEO
, and
off-page SEO
strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. As an SEO Expert, you will be responsible for optimizing our website content, technical aspects, and backlinks to ensure maximum visibility and performance across search engines like Google, Bing, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Page SEO:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement targeted strategies to improve ranking for strategic terms.
- Optimize website content, including blog posts, product descriptions, landing pages, and meta tags (titles, descriptions, headers, etc.).
- Implement structured data ) to enhance content for rich snippets and increase CTR.
- Perform regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement, fixing issues related to page speed, mobile optimization, URL structure, internal linking, and more.
- Optimize the user experience (UX/UI) to enhance site performance, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Develop internal linking strategies to improve site architecture and content discoverability.
Off-Page SEO:
- Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry experts to secure high-quality backlinks.
- Monitor and analyze competitors' backlink strategies and identify link-building opportunities.
- Ensure that the site has a healthy link profile, disavowing toxic or harmful backlinks when necessary.
- Build a solid presence on social media platforms and forums, driving engagement to increase brand visibility and traffic.
Semantic SEO
- Implement semantic search principles by optimizing content to align with search intent and context, going beyond exact match keywords.
- Focus on improving the relevance and comprehensiveness of content, ensuring it answers user questions effectively and aligns with Google's Knowledge Graph.
- Optimize content with LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing) keywords and related terms to capture a wider range of search queries.
- Use topic clustering to enhance the authority of content, creating well-structured and contextually rich articles that provide real value to users.
- Focus on optimizing for voice search and other new technologies, ensuring that the content answers queries in a conversational tone and context.
Technical SEO:
- Conduct audits and monitor the health of the website, including server issues, redirects, canonical tags, , , and other technical aspects.
- Implement best practices for improving crawlability and indexation, ensuring search engines can effectively crawl and index all key pages.
- Optimize site speed, especially for mobile users, using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, etc.
- Ensure that the website is mobile-friendly and optimized for a seamless mobile experience.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and other SEO-related platforms.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools to track keyword rankings, traffic, and site health.
- Monitor organic performance, prepare reports, and present SEO metrics to stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and new opportunities for growth.
- Implement A/B testing and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
3-5 years of experience in SEO with a focus on semantic SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization. - Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they affect SEO. Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, and more. - Knowledge of SEO Techniques:
Proven expertise in on-page SEO (meta tags, heading structure, content optimization, etc.), off-page SEO (link building, social signals, outreach), and technical SEO (site audits, page speed optimization, mobile-first indexing). - Semantic SEO Expertise:
Deep understanding of semantic search, LSI keywords, content clustering, and user intent optimization. - Content Strategy:
Experience with content strategy and optimization, focusing on user experience, content marketing, and keyword relevance. - Analytics Proficiency:
Ability to interpret web analytics and SEO performance metrics to make data-driven decisions. - Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and developers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Semantic SEO
- Certifications
in Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools. - Experience with eCommerce SEO
- Familiarity with SEO for multiple search engines (Bing, Yahoo, etc.).
- Experience with international SEO
Understanding of UX/UI Design:
Familiarity with web design principles and how they align with SEO best practices.
