Our Client is a leading Accounting & Tax firm, having more than 6,000 Clients across various states in USA.

About the Role:

This role involves supporting property accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and completing accounting tasks efficiently and on time.

Job Type:
Hybrid (Initial training on-site)

Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions (e.g., accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations).
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounting matters.
  • May provide support with tax preparation activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or BS in Accounting & Finance, or ACCA qualified (affiliate/member) or currently pursuing ACCA.
  • Fresh candidates with up to 1 year of relevant accounting experience are preferred.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and practices (IFRS or US GAAP).
  • Hands-on experience using R365 (Restaurant365) accounting software is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, XERO) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Availability to work in the US Central Time Zone.
