Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager – Real Estate Investment to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing and managing investment portfolios while achieving monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

Manager – Real Estate Investment

Experience Required: Minimum 2.5 years (with last role in Islamabad)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage investment leads through professional outreach.

Call, initiate, and schedule office meetings with potential investors.

Present real estate investment opportunities confidently and effectively.

Maintain client relationships and ensure portfolio growth.

Achieve and exceed assigned monthly closing targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 2.5 years of experience in real estate investment/sales (last position must be based in Islamabad).

Strong portfolio management & sales closing skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.
