Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Engineer to lead and grow our commercial solar sales portfolio across the southern region of Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development acumen, a deep understanding of the solar energy sector, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role requires strategic client engagement, market penetration, and the ability to close high-value deals to support business growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Engage with clients to present and explain renewable energy solutions (solar, batteries, wind turbines, hybrid systems).
  2. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  3. Collaborate with the technical team to design preliminary solutions tailored to customer needs.
  4. Support in negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  5. Conduct market visits, identify potential opportunities, and develop strong client relationships.
  6. Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM or reporting format.
  7. Provide after-sales technical support in coordination with the operations team.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Energy Systems Engineering.
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 2 years' experience in a related role will be preferred.
  3. Basic knowledge of solar power systems, batteries, wind turbines, and hybrid energy solutions.
  4. Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.

Required Skills

  1. Confident in meeting clients and explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
  2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
  3. Energetic, humble, and adaptable to different client environments.
  4. Willingness to travel extensively within Karachi, Hyderabad, and Sindh region.
  5. Fluency in Urdu and English (both spoken and written).
