What's the role?
In this position, you'll work with our operations team on a variety of data-driven projects, including generating quotes and onboarding our new customers, all while making top-of-market pay
Success in this role is measured by being extremely process-oriented, methodical, organized, and comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and relevant tools.
This position is full-time and long-term. You'll be responsible for
  • Owning the successful completion of operations projects.
  • Following established processes and delivering consistent results.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed project goals.
  • Manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals.
You'll be a good fit if you have
  • Fluency in English speaking
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar qualification.
  • Fresh to 2 years of experience (preferably in a high-growth startup).
  • You have an eye for detail and you're methodical with your work.
  • You're well-organized and process-oriented.
  • Competency in using word processing, spreadsheet, and voice call software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong recruitment-related intuition.
  • Experience working at a startup and in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • You're a team player, but also able to work independently.
  • You're tech-savvy.
