Job Overview:

The Business Development Manager (ERP) will be responsible for accelerating company growth through the promotion and sales of ERP solutions in the domestic market. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in ERP sales and a strong understanding of ERP products. This role demands a target-oriented professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of identifying and converting potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve ERP sales targets and business growth goals.
  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients from various industries for ERP implementation.
  • Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and detailed demonstrations.
  • Analyze clients' business processes to recommend tailored ERP solutions.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to explore new opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and business proposals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in ERP or software solution sales (domestic market experience is mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP products and business process automation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented professional.
