Job Overview:

The Project and Onboarding Associate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our clients and managing various projects to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring they clearly understand our solutions and how these address their business needs.

Sales Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage the sales cycle to ensure targets are achieved and client expectations are met.

Client Support in Sales Cycle: Provide guidance and support to clients during the pre- and post-sales phases, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns to drive satisfaction and retention.

Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field.

-Proven experience in Sales and client onboarding, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

-Proficiency with CRM & project management tools/software's.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
