Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled and surprise on-site visits to designated partner merchant

locations pan Pakistan


• Perform checks to verify that merchants are actively offering and honoring the

committed discounts and promotional offers.


• Measure the service experience and compliance firsthand where required.


• Document all on-site findings, including notes and photographic evidence, using

company tools and applications.


• Accurately log all audit findings from merchant visits in the QA systems.


• Submit daily and weekly reports summarizing quality performance and highlighting

critical issues.


• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Alliances, Marketing, Ops,

Product, Customer Service) to address issues of merchant non-compliance or any

other matters.


• Escalate and implement corrective action plans and working with internal teams to

ensure the closure of outstanding audit points.


• Analyze findings from field audits to identify trends in non-compliance and report

on overall partner performance.

Qualifications

Experience in quality assurance, audit, or a related field, preferably in Merchant

Acquiring/Fintech or banking.


• Must be comfortable and willing to travel extensively pan Pakistan for on-site

merchant visits. Possession of a personal vehicle (bike/car) is highly desirable.


• In-depth knowledge of the merchant acquiring ecosystem.


• Language proficiency in English and Urdu.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
