Job Summary

White Eagle Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Production Engineer for its condenser manufacturing facility at Port Qasim. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality compliance, and smooth coordination between production teams and supporting departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities in condenser manufacturing
  • Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines
  • Supervise shop floor activities, including machine operators and technicians
  • Implement and monitor SOPs, process controls, and safety standards
  • Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage
  • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments
  • Monitor material usage and report variances
  • Support troubleshooting of production and quality issues
  • Maintain production reports, downtime records, and efficiency data
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and ISO requirements

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing (HVAC, condenser, evaporator, or sheet metal industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and production planning
  • Experience working in a factory/plant environment is mandatory

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage shop floor workforce effectively
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • MS Excel and basic ERP knowledge preferred
