Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Head of Digital Marketing
located in Multan at Al Mannan Builders.

The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading the company's digital strategy, supervising all social media platforms, managing paid advertising campaigns, directing content creation, and ensuring maximum online visibility across all digital channels.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, advanced digital marketing expertise, and the ability to manage a diversified creative and media team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive
    digital marketing strategy
    for all platforms
  • Lead the digital, creative, design, video, and media buying teams
  • Oversee paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube) and optimize for ROI
  • Direct content creation, branding, and digital communication style
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate monthly marketing reports
  • Manage lead funnels, CRM coordination, and digital inquiries
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging digital technologies
  • Collaborate with management to create innovative marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience
    in digital marketing or social media leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools
  • Experience managing teams and multiple digital projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, strategic planning, and leadership skills
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities
  • Real estate marketing experience will be an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business, or a related field
