About the Role

URAAN MARKETING is hiring a Business Development Executive to help us grow our global client base.

You'll work on both inbound and outbound acquisition — managing leads from our Meta Ads and outreach, while also bringing in new clients through freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.

You'll be the bridge between Uraan's creative team and potential clients, helping businesses understand our services and closing deals confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert inbound leads from ads and email campaigns.

  • Search for new clients on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelance marketplaces.

  • Write and send tailored proposals and follow-ups daily.

  • Conduct discovery calls and present our agency's solutions.

  • Coordinate with the creative team to prepare proposals and pricing decks.

  • Track lead status and maintain a CRM / lead sheet for transparency.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English (essential).

  • Strong sales and communication skills – confident on video calls.

  • Basic understanding of how a digital marketing agency operates (Meta Ads, Funnels, Websites, Automation, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Upwork / Fiverr / LinkedIn outreach.

  • Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn.

  • Training will be provided — but a strong sales foundation is required.

  • Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Advantageous)

  • Experience writing proposals or handling Upwork clients.

  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, or GoHighLevel).

  • Experience managing outreach via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or email campaigns.
