Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and well-connected Assistant Manager – Event & Coordination to manage brand activations, corporate events, and influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate should have experience in event management, PR coordination, and maintaining strong connections with bloggers, influencers, and media outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, product launches, and promotional activations.
  • Coordinate with 
    influencers, bloggers, and media partners
     for event coverage and brand promotions.
  • Manage vendor relations, event logistics, and on-ground execution.
  • Work closely with creative, production, and client servicing teams for seamless coordination.
  • Assist in developing event concepts, presentation decks, and post-event reports.
  • Handle press invitations, influencer engagement, and post-event publicity.
  • Ensure all branding and promotional material is delivered on time and to quality standards.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in 
    Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or Media Studies.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience
     in 
    event management, PR, or influencer coordination
     (preferably in an advertising or media agency).
  • Strong network of 
    bloggers, influencers, and media professionals
     is a must.
  • Experience managing on-ground activations, product launches, and media events.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with influencers and media.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, event planning tools, and social media platforms.
  • Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented personality.
