Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented professionals to join our Investment Sales Team.

Successful candidates will promote Takaful investment products, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth through ethical financial planning and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients for investment and savings plans.
  • Promote Family Takaful investment products through presentations, meetings, and referrals.
  • Identify client needs and provide suitable Shariah-compliant investment solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & business targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to ensure consistent business growth.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Minimum Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA or relevant field).
  • Experience:
  • Investment Manager:
    Fresh or up to 1 years of experience in sales, banking, investment banking or financial services.
  • Senior Investment Manager:
    Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience with a proven sales track record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about financial growth, networking, and client servicing.
  • Knowledge of Takaful, insurance, or financial planning will be a plus.
