Role Description:

We are hiring a
Front Sales Executive
for our eCommerce operations. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving sales, handling customer inquiries, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales communication (calls, chats, and messages).
  • Engage with customers professionally to build trust and close sales.
  • Manage and convert leads through SMM chats and other online platforms.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
  • Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with the ecommerce team to ensure smooth order processing.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management.
  • Expertise in SMM chats / online sales conversions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
  • Prior experience in ecommerce sales will be considered a strong plus.
