Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Karāchi. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the end-to-end operations of ZAKI Industrial Corporation's online sales platforms. Responsibilities include developing and implementing ecommerce strategies, managing online product listings, optimizing digital marketing efforts, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience. The role also focuses on driving sales and ensuring the seamless execution of ecommerce operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in E-Commerce strategy and operations
  • At least 3-5 years in an E-commerce role at an FMCG company.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
  • Marketing and Sales experience to optimize campaigns and drive growth
  • Excellent Communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and reporting
  • Strong understanding of online customer behaviors and trends
  • Proficiency with ecommerce platforms and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the FMCG sector or industrial products is a plus
