Ecommerce Executive – Velets Furniture (Night Shift)

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PKT)

About Velets

Velets is a fast-growing Canadian furniture brand known for its modern, stylish, and functional designs. We specialise in dining chairs, tables, bed frames, and lifestyle furniture that combine quality craftsmanship with contemporary aesthetics. We are expanding our ecommerce operations across Amazon, Shopify, Wayfair, Walmart, and B2B marketplaces and are looking for a motivated Ecommerce Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Shopify, Wayfair, and Walmart.
  • Track inventory, orders, and shipments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in SEO optimization, content updates, and pricing adjustments.
  • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with B2B and wholesale clients and maintain CRM records.
  • Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and new trends.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and documentation for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, account management, or online sales.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair Partner Portal, or Shopify preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Must be willing to work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM PKT).
