About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Automation & AI Calling Agent Associate
with expertise in
GoHighLevel (GHL), N8N automation workflows, and AI-powered voice agent systems
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing client automation systems that streamline lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up through advanced workflows, integrations, and AI voice calling solutions.

This role requires a combination of
technical automation knowledge, API integrations, and conversational AI logic building
. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliver results that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • GoHighLevel (GHL):
  • Build and optimize pipelines, funnels, calendars, triggers, and campaigns.
  • Implement SMS/email automation, call flows, and outbound/inbound call routing.
  • Configure reporting dashboards for leads, conversions, and agent performance.
  • N8N Automation:
  • Design and maintain workflows to integrate third-party apps, APIs, and CRMs.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation flows for reliability and scale.
  • Build conditional logic workflows (e.g., lead scoring, multi-step nurturing, notifications).
  • AI Calling Agent (Voice AI):
  • Configure and train AI voice agents using tools such as Vapi, , or Twilio with STT/TTS integrations.
  • Create conversational flows for lead qualification, appointment booking, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure latency, reliability, and natural-sounding dialogue in AI agent calls.
  • Monitor, analyze, and refine agent performance with analytics and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience
    with GoHighLevel, including funnels, automations, and telephony setup.
  • Hands-on Knowledge
    of N8N (or similar workflow automation tools like Zapier/Make).
  • AI Voice Agent Setup
    : Familiarity with conversational AI platforms (Vapi, , Twilio, ElevenLabs, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    API integrations
    (REST, Webhooks, JSON payloads).
  • Knowledge of
    CRM systems
    and customer engagement workflows.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and testing.
  • Ability to document systems and provide clear knowledge transfer.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with
    multi-language voice agents

  • Familiarity with
