Faisal Movers Logistic Cell is looking for a Deputy Manager – Trade & Accounts to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in import/export operations, clearing and forwarding coordination, and a working knowledge of accounts and documentation within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee import and export operations including documentation, shipment tracking, and customs clearance.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents for smooth cargo movement.
  • Ensure all trade-related documentation (BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.) is accurate and compliant with regulations.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely handling of logistics and financial transactions related to trade.
  • Assist the Accounts team in verifying vendor invoices, preparing payment summaries, and maintaining cost sheets for trade activities.
  • Prepare reports on trade operations and cost control for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with all import/export policies and company SOPs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree Supply Chain, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 4–5 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export handling.
