Systems Limited is looking for a Trade Analyst. The role focuses on supporting trade operations, executing and analyzing trade campaigns, managing trade data, and providing insights to improve trade effectiveness and visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of trade campaign plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Upload and maintain campaign data in trade management platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure smooth operation and data integrity across platforms including Anaplan, Salesforce, and TM&D.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate platform issues as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Trade, Key Account, and IDT teams to align on campaign execution and reporting.
  • Coordinate between field teams and central planning functions to ensure effective trade operations.
  • Conduct trade analysis of prior cycle executions to derive learnings and actionable insights.
  • Support automation and standardization of trade reporting in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Escalate and resolve any issues related to reports or dashboards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience
    in trade operations, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in
    Power BI, Salesforce, Anaplan, Excel, and PowerPoint
    .
  • Experience managing trade marketing data and trade CRM/planning tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, enhance, and optimize reporting for insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business
