Arthur Lawrence is seeking Customer Service Representatives
to join our dynamic
Talent Acquisition
team supporting
U.S.-based clients
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for
    U.S. or Canadian voice-based campaigns
  • Provide exceptional customer service
    and maintain a professional, courteous tone in all interactions
  • Record and resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction levels

Requirements

Prior experience on
U.S. or Canadian voice campaigns
(preferred)


Excellent verbal and written English
communication skills

Ability to work
night or evening shifts

Fresh graduates
with strong English fluency and a customer-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply

Shift & Location


Timings:
7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)


Location:
P.E.C.H.S. Block 6, Karachi
