Job Summary:

Join ABS International, a leading BPO services provider, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment operations at our Karachi facility. Support night shift recruitment and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process for on-site positions. We provide secure female transport services for safety and convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for night shift and on-site positions.
  • Advertise job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other major job platforms to attract top candidates.
  • Screen and interview candidates while maintaining professional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Update employee records and track hiring progress using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRIS systems.
  • Assist in coordinating professional development sessions and onboarding for new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR coordination.
  • Professional English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous call center experience is a plus.
  • Candidates with sales and CSR experience looking to transition into talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.
  • Evening shift availability (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM PKT).
  • Immediate joining preferred.
