About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and organized Client Relations & Operations Executive to assist in managing client communication, internal coordination, and digital marketing operations.

You'll be the link between our clients and creative teams — ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — managing calls, follow-ups, and feedback.
  • Coordinate between internal teams (design, content, development, and marketing) to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Assist in creating marketing proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain task tracking, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Support management in day-to-day digital marketing operations and client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate client communication records and ensure high service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a client coordination or operations role (preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and task/project management platforms.
  • A friendly, confident personality with the ability to handle client queries professionally.
