Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Rawalpindi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive growth. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, attending industry events, managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Experience in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Trend Identification
- Proficiency with CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus
