Digital Marketing Expert

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert to lead, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of performance marketing, analytics, and creative strategy to drive engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other major platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize visibility, reach, and conversions.
  • Oversee media buying, including ad placement, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Continuously refine campaigns using data-driven insights to improve ROI.
  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and funnel workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; generate detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Utilize CRM systems and automation tools to streamline marketing processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand identity and goals.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging tools, and best practices in performance advertising.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in PPC, SEO, funnels, and retargeting strategies.
  • Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with A/B testing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
