Sales Development Representative

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and confident
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
with strong experience in
cold calling, discovery calls, and managing sales funnels
. The ideal candidate should be skilled in
proposal writing
,
CRM management (especially HubSpot)
, and have
excellent communication skills
. This role involves identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads to support the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct
cold calls
to generate new leads and business opportunities. - Schedule and lead
discovery calls
to understand client needs and qualify potential prospects. - Build and manage a
sales pipeline
, tracking leads from initial contact to conversion. - Prepare and send
sales proposals
and follow up with prospects in a timely manner. - Use
HubSpot CRM
to manage contacts, track activities, and update lead information. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Meet or exceed
weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets
.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience
in sales, business development, or a similar role. - Proven experience with
cold calling
and handling
discovery calls
. - Knowledge of
sales funnels
and lead nurturing strategies. - Strong experience in
CRM systems
, preferably
HubSpot
. - Good writing skills for
sales proposals
and client communication. - Excellent
spoken and written communication skills
. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
