About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
with strong experience in
cold calling, discovery calls, and managing sales funnels
. The ideal candidate should be skilled in
proposal writing
,
CRM management (especially HubSpot)
, and have
excellent communication skills
. This role involves identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads to support the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    cold calls
    to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Schedule and lead
    discovery calls
    to understand client needs and qualify potential prospects.
  • Build and manage a
    sales pipeline
    , tracking leads from initial contact to conversion.
  • Prepare and send
    sales proposals
    and follow up with prospects in a timely manner.
  • Use
    HubSpot CRM
    to manage contacts, track activities, and update lead information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Meet or exceed
    weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets
    .

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience
    in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with
    cold calling
    and handling
    discovery calls
    .
  • Knowledge of
    sales funnels
    and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Strong experience in
    CRM systems
    , preferably
    HubSpot
    .
  • Good writing skills for
    sales proposals
    and client communication.
  • Excellent
    spoken and written communication skills
    .
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
