Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 -2 years prior experience in educational administration preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and educational management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle requests and queries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Develop and maintain an organized office filing system.
  • Communicate effectively with students, universities, and other stakeholders via multiple channels of communication.
  • Coordinate with the HR and ERP departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist the Head of Department and Faculty with administrative tasks.
  • Manage attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
  • Prepare and produce detailed reports and professional presentations.
  • Facilitate student course enrolment and assisting with any enrolment issues.
  • Assist students throughout the application process, including completing applications, preparing necessary documents, and ensuring timely submission.
  • Ensure all applications are thoroughly reviewed for completeness and accuracy before submission.
  • Maintain and manage student records, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
