Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role
for an
Amazon Assistant
at
Zed R Trader
, located in
Blue Area, Islamabad
. The Amazon Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Amazon business. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and updating product listings on Amazon Seller Central
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales and inventory data
  • Optimizing product pages for SEO, images, and copy
  • Coordinating with logistics to ensure timely FBA shipments
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Assisting in campaign management and A+ content creation
  • Staying updated with Amazon policies and marketplace trends

Qualifications

  • Must have prior experience
    in Amazon operations and sales management
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
