We are looking for an innovative, energetic, and proactive Assistant Manager Planning & Supply Chain to join our dynamic Supply Chain department. The role involves overseeing and improving supply chain operations, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring efficient procurement, production, and delivery processes.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cost estimation for materials, equipment, and production processes.
  • Oversee procurement activities and monitor production equipment efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production schedules and timely deliveries.
  • Lead efforts to resolve customer and supplier issues related to product specifications.
  • Continuously review and enhance supply chain systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with local and international suppliers/vendors.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and make sound decisions in time-sensitive situations.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • Strong skills in supply chain planning, forecasting, and coordination.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and procurement of raw materials and equipment.
  • Competency in managing logistics, delivery schedules, and inventory control.
  • Experience in handling returns and managing reverse logistics processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
