Job Summary:

Serve as a central point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review contracts and ensure compliance with deadlines and requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies.
  • Maintain organized transaction files and documentation.
  • Track critical milestones and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate updates and resolve issues proactively.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of real estate processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency with transaction management software and tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs50, Rs150,000.00 per month
