We are seeking a motivated IT Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on skills in system setup, troubleshooting, and customer support. Patience, clear communication, and problem-solving ability are key qualities we value.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure Windows operating systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
  • Handle basic network cabling and setup of connectivity.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer support (in-person).
  • Maintain a patient and helpful attitude while assisting setup of connectivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant IT support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows installation and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of network cabling and basic networking.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and patient under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time
