We're hiring a Call Center Team Lead to manage and support our agents on telecom campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a domestic call center environment and must have previously worked on telecom-related campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach a team of call center agents to ensure performance excellence.
  • Monitor KPIs such as call quality, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and campaign knowledge.
  • Implement performance improvement plans for underperforming agents.
  • Ensure compliance with call center policies, scripts, and telecom regulations.
  • Coordinate with management for campaign updates, targets, and reporting.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to optimize call center operations.

Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 Year of experience in domestic call center.

Preferred Skills / Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interacting skills.
  • Solid Knowledge about Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong drive for results with ability to solve resolve issues.
  • Team player with ability to learn and train agents.
