Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

We're looking for a highly organized, loyal, and proactive
Executive Assistant
to work directly with our CEO. This is
not a typical desk job
you'll be deeply involved in both
business operations
and
personal errands
, including
frequent travel
, confidential coordination, and high-level scheduling. You'll be the CEO's right hand someone they can rely on for everything.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, calls, and meetings
  • Handle all
    travel arrangements
    flights, visas, hotels, itineraries
  • Join the CEO on
    business trips and personal travel
  • Support company projects, meetings, research, and documentation
  • Run personal errands and assist with private engagements
  • Coordinate between departments, partners, and clients as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and people skills
  • Able to handle pressure, ambiguity, and changing plans
  • Trustworthy, ethical, and highly reliable
  • Flexible with work hours, weekends, and travel
  • Proficient in tech tools (email, calendar, task management apps, etc.)
  • Prior experience as an EA, PA, or Chief of Staff is a
    plus

Must-Haves:

  • Readiness to travel frequently
  • Willingness to commit long-term and grow with the company
  • Discretion and integrity are non-negotiable
