Lubehouse is growing fast, and we're looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized
Executive Assistant to the CEO

who can keep pace with a high-performance environment and help the CEO operate at peak productivity.

This isn't a routine assistant role. It's a chance to work side-by-side with the CEO of one of Pakistan's leading industrial lubricant distributors and engineering support firms. You'll act as the CEO's right hand, ensuring smooth operations, fast execution, and consistent follow-through.

Key Responsibilities


• Shadow the CEO and manage daily operational tasks


• Appointment scheduling, calendar organization, and time blocking


• Manage emails, calls, WhatsApp communication, and follow-up loops


• Coordinate with internal team members, clients, and external stakeholders


• Prepare summaries, reports, and follow-up notes


• Track tasks, monitor deadlines, and keep the CEO accountable


• Act as a communication bridge between departments


• Research, draft documents, and support decision-making


• Support public relations, communication, and external engagements


• Anticipate needs before they arise, taking ownership of productivity and efficiency


• Use technology and AI tools to streamline workflows and get things done faster

• Past experience in an engineering, industrial, or manufacturing environment is a strong plus
