Clinical Operations Executive

Job Description:

- Manage clinical trials campaigns and email marketing

- Regular Coordination and Communication with sites/clinics for new trials

- Maintain business relationships with existing clients (follow-ups and online meeting)

- Act as the primary point of contact via phone, online meetings and other media for inquiries related to our services

- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reporting on the status of the trials and their progress

Skills:

- Good writing skills (emails)

- Fluent in conversational English, over telephonic & e-meeting

- Good negotiation skills

- Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

- MS Excel, MS Word

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred)

- Understanding and experience in implementing and following clinical trial Protocols

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as ICH-GCP, FDA, and EMA guidelines.

Additional Job Information:

- Job Timing: 3 PM – 9 PM (onsite). The resource will be responsible for handling queries till 1 AM remotely

- 3-month probation leading to a permanent position

- Working Mode: Hybrid (Onsite and Online)
