We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate/Business Coordinator to join our Clinical Operations team in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, implementing, and monitoring clinical studies within a team setting, following Kerlo Research (KR) SOPs and all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

Identify and select an investigator responsible for conducting the trial at the trial site.

Serve as the point of contact for clinical site questions related to study protocol, FAQs, start-up, budget, contracts, and similar documents.

Effectively build and maintain long-term relationships with existing sites within our clinical network and perform initial vetting of new sites joining the network.

Provide quality oversight of our Site Management Operations (SMO).

Act as the point of contact for all pharmaceutical and biotech communications, representing KR as the Study Lead.

Collaborate directly with US-based clinical sites on multiple studies, providing support for overall study placement and start-up processes.

Work closely with the Clinical Team Lead and support Clinical Research Coordinators at KR-owned and affiliated sites.

Engage with the clinical divisions of major pharmaceutical companies to build long-term partnerships.

Manage multiple priorities and responsibilities effectively, even as they increase in scope and complexity.

Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.

Draft clear and effective emails and other forms of written communication.

Possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Exhibit the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Display excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Possess knowledge or experience in the clinical research industry (preferred but not mandatory).

Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field (preferred).

Number of Positions: 4 to 5

Working Hours:

Females: 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Males: 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Job Location: Clifton, Karachi

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Fresh applicants are also encouraged to apply.
