Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager at MCB Funds, located in Islamabad. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing regional operations, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective implementation of the company's strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with team members, analyzing financial data, conducting market research, and ensuring client satisfaction through professional and personalized service.
Qualifications
- Sales and Client Relationship Management skills
- Financial Analysis and Market Research experience
- Operational Management and Strategic Planning skills
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in asset management or financial services industry
