Key Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead CBL Modern Trade in the respective region to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor the day-to-day performance of assigned customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional customers, providing one-window support.
- Track market trends and competitor activities within the region and share insights.
- Prepare regional performance reports and analysis on a monthly and need basis.
- Identify and onboard new customers.
- Support in developing business pitches and execution plans for regional customers.
- Execute channel-wise assortment and merchandising plans in stores across the region.
- Roll out Joint Business Plans (JBP) with regional counterparts.
- Ensure effective contract renewals and minimize TTS creep.
- Resolve channel conflicts and safeguard CBL's business interests locally.
- Engage regularly with regional customers to unlock new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of FMCG field Sales experience preferably in Modern Trade channel.
