Responsibilities:

  • Lead CBL Modern Trade in the respective region to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor the day-to-day performance of assigned customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional customers, providing one-window support.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities within the region and share insights.
  • Prepare regional performance reports and analysis on a monthly and need basis.
  • Identify and onboard new customers.
  • Support in developing business pitches and execution plans for regional customers.
  • Execute channel-wise assortment and merchandising plans in stores across the region.
  • Roll out Joint Business Plans (JBP) with regional counterparts.
  • Ensure effective contract renewals and minimize TTS creep.
  • Resolve channel conflicts and safeguard CBL's business interests locally.
  • Engage regularly with regional customers to unlock new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of FMCG field Sales experience preferably in Modern Trade channel.
