Techorphic Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing software development and SaaS company building AI-powered platforms, mobile apps, enterprise systems, and multi-tenant solutions for global clients. Our projects span across fintech, ad-tech, health-tech, productivity tools, marketplaces, and more.

We are expanding our product and engineering teams and looking for a Business Analyst with strong software engineering understanding who can translate ideas into clear requirements, processes, and documentation for developers.

We are hiring a Business Analyst (BA) who understands both business logic and software development workflows.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and Stakeholders to define requirements, create user stories, and ensure smooth delivery of technical projects.

This role requires someone who can think analytically, document clearly, and communicate effectively with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation

  • Conduct requirement sessions with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Convert ideas into clear BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs, SRS, process flows, and detailed system specs.
  • Create user stories, epics, use cases, and acceptance criteria in Jira/Asana.

2. Product & Feature Planning

  • Understand business goals and convert them into actionable product features.
  • Build wireframes, basic mockups, and UX flows for new features.
  • Work with product managers to define sprint backlogs and roadmaps.

3. Technical Communication

  • Bridge communication between engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Explain business needs in technical language developers can follow.
  • Ensure feasibility by collaborating with developers, architects, and QA.

4. Process Mapping & Optimization

  • Create end-to-end process diagrams (BPMN, flowcharts, sequence diagrams).
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose technical solutions.

5. QA Support & UAT

  • Prepare test cases, acceptance tests, and support QA team in validating features.
  • Assist stakeholders during UAT and ensure requirements are met before release.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain product documentation repository.
  • Ensure all changes are version-controlled and clearly communicated.
  • Recommend improvements in product workflows and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT (Preferred).
  • 2–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software company.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and technical environments.
  • Ability to create BRDs, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, wireframes.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Figma, Lucidchart, Miro.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, multi-tenant platforms, AI-based systems, or mobile apps.
  • Understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and backend/frontend architectures.
  • Ability to create low-fidelity mockups and diagrams independently.
