Bid Writer – Onsite (Islamabad)

A well-established and growing organisation is hiring Bid Writers for an onsite position in Islamabad.

Work Details

  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
  • Work Mode: Onsite
  • Location: Islamabad
  • Compensation:
  • Experienced: PKR – 160000/month
  • Junior: PKR 70000/month

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet KPIs by submitting 4 ITTs and multiple SQs per month.
  • Search and identify contracts on various UK portals.
  • Prepare and submit winning bids for ITTs and SQs.
  • Understand and manage all stages of ITT, SQ, PQQ, PQ, RFQ, and CQQ processes.
  • Deliver customer-focused solutions across commercial FM sector contracts.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify specific needs and provide tailored proposals.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure accurate service details.
  • Participate in weekly breakdown meetings and monthly debriefs for performance review.
  • Attend kick-off meetings and follow the defined bid management process led by the Bid Manager.
