Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for an Assistant Manager at Accrescent Engineers. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing project management tasks, coordinating with clients and team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets, and supporting the senior management in daily operations. The role will also involve preparing reports, supervising staff, and ensuring the quality and safety standards are met on all projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, planning, and execution
  • Ability to supervise staff and ensure quality control and safety standards
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work with clients and team members
  • Knowledge of electrical services, industrial automation, control process, and instrumentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
