Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Manager role located in Karāchi. The Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate between different departments, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain high-quality standards in service delivery. The Manager will also be responsible for team leadership, fostering a collaborative work environment, and driving the company's growth and success through strategic planning and effective resource management.

Qualifications

  • Project Management, Team Leadership, and Coordination skills
  • Experience in Web Development & Design, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Digital Marketing
  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Strategic Planning abilities
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Karāchi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Previous management experience in a digital solutions or creative industry is a plus
