Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Multan for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day clerical tasks, document preparation, and other assigned tasks within the office. Additional responsibilities include providing executive administrative support and overseeing various administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Live in Multan. (
    Office time is 2PM to 10PM)
  • Must have experience in working on computer, command in excel and word.
  • Skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Education, BA/BSc, Bcom, Bs IT, Civil Technical diploma.
