We are looking to hire remote Call center/ tele marketing people for a USA based campaign for inbound/outbound.

Job Details:

These calls will be initiated by individuals/Job-seekers responding to an ad campaign that will run across several platforms including digital, publication based and social media ads.

The responses could come by a few channels: either direct calls to a specified phone number, a chat on the landing page they will be directed to or, by sending a reply form with their contact information (that will probably be the most common).

However the person/candidate acts to respond to the message, the immediate task is to both vet and guide serious individuals as well as identify those who are 'unserious' and set the stage for more in-depth learning and conversation.

A good result would be that anyone you ultimately referred would have been spoken to more than once (most likely) allowing them to be optimally informed and for the background you present to us about those individuals to be as detailed as possible.

The page people will be directed to is rather nuanced and what is being advertised can work differently for different people so this is not the most simple recruitment campaign imaginable.

It will be important for the call center persons to understand our business some as well as the position and mindset of the individuals likely to respond. With this we can do the vetting and provide the guidance necessary.

This immediate requirement is focused only in the New York City metropolitan area. An accent neutral individual or individuals with enough time zone flexibility to manage this effort would work best.
